Yes, if you wish to book an appointment with a doctor that speaks your preferred language, please contact the MSHFA support team who will be happy to help you book an appointment with a specific doctor.
3What can I do to protect my personal information?
You should keep your login information secure and not share it with anyone. Only use your own smartphone or tablet to use MSHFA, and do not access your account on any shared devices, for example a family tablet or company phone. Ensure you do not make a note of your login details on a shared device.

After downloading the app and Registering in it, you will find in the home page "Request a lab test", click on it and select the lab test you need from the tests and packages list.

Your Prescription will appear in appointment details page in the app after the doctor resolve your consultation.
17Do I need to give access to MSHFA App to my mobile?
Yes, you need to give access in order to facilitate the process of consulting with the doctor in terms of audio and video.
